The Result of a Multi-Year-Long Investigation, All Seven Defendants Have Now Been Indicted with Attempted Murder in the Second Degree, Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree, and Conspiracy in the Second Degree, Among Other Charges

At its annual Winter Conference, theDistrict Attorneys Association of the State of New York (DAASNY) voted overwhelmingly in support of the discovery proposal contained in New York State Governor Kathy Hochul’s Executive Budget.
